These terms cover your use of SupplySync, a warehouse stock-management service provided by ZeroPoint ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
Before publishing: replace the placeholders in "Who you are contracting with" with the registered company name, company number and registered address, and have a solicitor review this document. It is written to be accurate and readable, but it has not been legally reviewed.
SupplySync lets you record what stock is in your yard, who took it out, and what came back. It runs in a web browser and installs as an app on a phone. We aim to keep it available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or remove features as the product develops.
SupplySync is a record-keeping tool. It is not accounting software, and the figures it produces are only as accurate as what your crew enter. You remain responsible for your own stock control, insurance and statutory records.
New workspaces get a 7-day free trial. No card is required to start it. When the trial ends, your workspace becomes read-only: you can still see your stock, history and crew, but you cannot record new movements until you subscribe. We do not delete your data when a trial ends.
VAT: we are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to your subscription and we cannot issue a VAT invoice. If that changes we will tell you before it affects a renewal.
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage billing in the app, which opens your Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep access until then, and you are not charged again. After that your workspace becomes read-only rather than being deleted.
We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if payment fails and is not put right. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.
We do not generally refund part-used subscription periods, because you can cancel before any renewal and the trial exists so you can try the product first. That said, if SupplySync was genuinely unusable, or you were charged in error or by mistake, email hello@supplysync.uk and we will put it right. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
Your stock records belong to you. We process them to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time from Settings, and you can ask us to delete your workspace by emailing us.
SupplySync is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or losses arising from stock figures being wrong or unavailable. Where we are liable, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change materially affects you, we will email you or tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use SupplySync after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
